She should not have to keep changing houses again and again because of these reasons. She should come home before 10 p.m. She should not skip her lunch or dinner. Her mental stress should reduce. My sister is causing us a lot of trouble.We have already moved house twice because of her. Our pets are still in the colony we left. She goes there at odd hours to feed them — she goes at midnight, 1, 2, 3 a.m. and once came at 4 a.m. Her actions disturb the neighbors and they have complained to the owner.Until 2010 she was fine. After that she became mentally unwell she talks to herself and shouts nonsense. when she walks on the road and people from- children to adults make her cry. Please pray
