Struggling with criticism at work, causes severe stress and ruminating, racing, and spiraling thoughts. Prayer I retrain my brain (neuroplasticity) by meditating on God's word instead of continuing to ruminate. Prayer I be slow to speak/anger (not respond under stress) but turn the cheek & love my critics; prayer i honor god & folle christs example. prayer for peace as this impact my sleep & blood pressure. Prayer I surrender control and past hurts to God, rather than try defend myself to critics.

I beg of Almighty God that we get the Security Deposit for the new apartment as quickly as possible so that we can move in. Please Lord help expedite the Security deposit from either Community Hope or Social Services. Please have Scott pay me tomorrow.
